It feels wrong to abbreviate and, by doing so, distort Peter Tosh’s beautiful lyrics and phrasing in this, one of his greatest works, but blog space is more bounded than it sometimes seems.

I suspect this song, my talisman and touchstone, means something different to me than it did to Peter Tosh, but Peter wrote it for everyone and gave it word, sound and power.
